Term -21 years from 25 December 1912, rent - £34 per annum. Various covenants: if i) desires to have use of stable he shall give ii) 3 months notice in writing and shall build similar stables at rear of no.65 for use of ii); if ii) wishes to purchase the reversion of the property before expiration of 7 years of the lease, person giving such notice shall be purchaser for £600, on various conditions.
