Marriage has been arranged between i) and ii); has been agreed that i) shall settle furniture etc. upon trusts; now i) assigns to iii) as trustee: - all furniture in Crawley Villa, Dunstable, and premises belonging in trust for i) and ii) and their children (at 21). Power given to iii) to sell upon certain conditions. Signatures of i) and iii). Witness Stephen D B Midddleton, solicitor, Dunstable. With “List of articles proposed to be taken by Mrs Gutteridge”.
