i) William Garside, late of 63, Leconfield Road, Highbury New Park, but now of Stamford Hill, Middlesex; George Garside, Leighton Buzzard contractors) ii) George Sidney Wood, 118, Princes Street, Dunstable, builder. Consideration - £130. i) convey to ii) - NW side of Borough Road [next to no.148, as shown on plan] and forming lot 147 and part of lots 109, 110, 114, 115, 116 and 117 of the Borough Farm Building Estate; right of production of conveyance of 25 June 1894 between Sarah Osborn, George Osborn and Joseph Tite and i); land conveyed is one of several plots sold subject to the stipulations in the schedule and all future conveyance of unsold plots will contain same stipulations; schedule:
1. to maintain fences
2. all buildings to be set back to building line. No building to be erected of less value than £15.
3. no minerals to be dug, or iron foundry etc. to be constructed.
4. no hut, shed, caravan for use as dwelling to be erected on any of the lots.
