Consideration - £130. i) convey to ii) - NW side of Borough Road [next to no.148, as shown on plan] and forming lot 147 and part of lots 109, 110, 114, 115, 116 and 117 of the Borough Farm Building Estate; right of production of conveyance of 25 June 1894 between Sarah Osborn, George Osborn and Joseph Tite and i); land conveyed is one of several plots sold subject to the stipulations in the schedule and all future conveyance of unsold plots will contain same stipulations; schedule: 1. to maintain fences 2. all buildings to be set back to building line. No building to be erected of less value than £15. 3. no minerals to be dug, or iron foundry etc. to be constructed. 4. no hut, shed, caravan for use as dwelling to be erected on any of the lots. signatures i) and ii).
