Acknowledges receipt of letter. Is aware that Harrold Bridge has been repeatedly repaired by Mr Alston, the County, and by Earl de Grey, but has been advised it is a County Bridge and Public Road. As his Lordship's agent he is no longer prepared to repair any part of it at his Lordship's expense unless he is compelled to do so.
