Agreement between Frederica Eve, entitled to a life interest in the furniture and effects mentioned in the annexed inventory under the will of J.R. Eve, and Arthur Stewart Eve, H. T. Eve, Frank Cecil Eve, Charles Gerald Eve and Emily Mary Williams, entitled to the said furniture on the death of Frederica Eve in equal shares, whereby it was agreed:

- the furniture should be equally divided between the beneficiaries in the manner specified in the inventory - £50 should be paid out of the residuary estate for a memorial stone on the grave of J.R. Eve
