- Scope and ContentHe is a servant of Mr Frederick Brown the ironmonger. On Friday 3 April he saw James Wilds in Mr Brown's yard. He saw Wilds take 3 files and some pieces of iron off the ground. He took them across the yard and put them in a shed. About 5 or 10 minutes after dinner time the files and iron were gone and only the box iron heater was there. About half an hour later Wilds took the heater away.
