- Scope and ContentLast Friday he was at the Balloon Public House between Luton and Dunstable before the policemen came in. Solomon King and William Placcam were there. Solomon King said "Damn all policemen". He heard what Henry Crouchley stated and it is all true, but he did not see Crouchley struck with the hoe. He saw Placcam strike Crouchley inside the House and King strike him outside.
