Scope and Content
He is about 23 years of age. Born in Oakley where his father Benjamin Noble then resided under a certificate from the parish of Wymington, where he had obtained settlement by birth, his father joseph Noble having gained a settlement in Wymington by apprenticeship. This Examinant was taught his trade of tailor by his father and has done no act to gain a settlement in his own right. On Monday 31 July 1826 he was married at St Paul, Bedford to Ann Chapman.
