Scope and Content
He is about 22 years of age. Born in Eaton Socon where his father Thomas Jervis resided and belonged. On 24 April 1824 he entered into service with Mr Harris, surgeon of the Infirmary, St Mary, Bedford at the wages on ten guineas a year and there remained one year and a half and has not done any other act to gain a settlement. On 7 July 1826 was married at St Paul, Bedford to Ann Wainwright.
