- Scope and ContentOn Friday morning December 27th he put the cask of beer found by Mr Guille into Anderson's cellar. Daniel Cook was with him. They went into Anderson's house and he served them with a pot of beer. They then left the house and drove the dray on to Wilsted where they had orders from Mr Guille to take the other casks of beer. His orders from Mr Guille were to take the beer to Wilsted, but Anderson, who is a storehouse keeper in Burr's brewery told him to take the other cask to his House. He thought Anderson had orders from Mr Guille or he would have required a ticket from the counting house. He had taken casks of beer to Anderson's without a ticket once or twice before with orders only from Anderson himself.
