Scope and Content
About 29 years of age. Born in All Church, County of Worcester. When he was about 14 he was placed out apprentice by the parish to Thomas Peppiloe of the same parish, brickmaker for seven years but does not recollect signing any paper. He served the first three years when his master removed to Bromsgrove, where he served the remainder of his time. He has not done any act to gain a settlement. Married on the 20 May 1823 at Oundle, County of Northampton, to Elizabeth, by whom he has two sons Edward about 2 years old and the other not yet baptised aged three months.
