Norman chairs meetings although past eighty. negotiating to sell large part of Dunvegan estate to the Government for settling soldiers. worried about grandchildren getting a governess at Dunvegan ‘Aunts do their best but are not very suitable’ fond of their Horsham house. got sixteen guineas a week rent for three months. ‘John must inherit much of your genius, and be a very interesting boy.’
