- Production dateFrom: 1839 To: 1840
- Scope and ContentOn 14 October while she was dressing she heard men's voices below using bad language and swearing. When she came downstairs she saw three men in the tap room, including Gatward. On the previous Sunday night she had six German silver plated tea spoons and a pair of sugar tongs marked with the letters R.M.S. She left five of the spoons and the sugar tongs in a china basin on the dresser in the parlour. The other teaspoon was locked up in the cupboard. On the Monday evening she missed the five teaspoons and the sugar tongs. The spoons now produced are the ones taken from her house and match the other teaspoon.
