Deposition of John Abbott of Milton Ernest, miller - Richard Bradshaw of Milton Ernest charged with embezzling monies, goods and chattels from William Gibbins

He buys his beer from Mr Gibbins and has often paid Richard Bradshaw. On 28 September he went to the brewery at Milton and bought 5 gallons of beer for 5s 5d which he paid to Bradshaw the same day. On 15 Octobr he bought 5 gallons more for 5s 5d and paid Bradshaw. Each time he paid him in the Swan Public House kept by Charles Payne.
