- Scope and ContentWilliam Freeman: was given the shear by Field. He took them home. Next day, Field sent for the shears and was given them by Freeman's mother. Thomas Field: as he was shifting his lots, Freeman came by and said he would like the shears. Field told him that they weren't his. Freeman took them away. To help in the search he sent the girl to collect the shears from Freeman.
