- Scope and ContentJohn Fowler: was advised by William Wooding that his house had been broken into, he supposed by tramps he had met. He searched the tramps, on Terry he found nothing but on Dowd he found snuffers. He detained them at his house, took their shoes and went with Wooding to his house to look for footprints. Terry's shoes matched prints found. He saw that the window had been forced open.
