    Charles Seabrook: he visited his mother Elizabeth Seabrook's shop. He saw James Jones reach into the shop and take 2 pairs of patterns. Michael Cullanan was also there about the seize more. He chased Jones and caught him. At this point, Jones had one pair of patterns in his hand but had dropped the others. John Millard: was give charge of the prisoners by Charles Seabrook. Cullanan told him that they had committed the offence in order to get themselves sent somewhere. Cullanan regreted the offence was not "heavier" and next time they would do something "a great deal heavier".
