About six or seven years ago rented a house, blacksmiths shop, gardens and home close at Pavenham from William Newell of Stevington, farmer, for which he paid seventeen pounds a year rent and all parochial and other taxes. April 1821 married Henrietta at St Martins in the Strand, Middlesex.
