About 48 years of age. Born in Sharnbrook. Father taught him the trade of clacksmith. married about 11 years age at Stevington to Mary Bowyer, who has been dead about five years. About six or seven years ago rented a house, blacksmiths shop, gardens and home close at Pavenham from William Newell of Stevington, farmer, for which he paid seventeen pounds a year rent and all parochial and other taxes. April 1821 married Henrietta at St Martins in the Strand, Middlesex.
