- Scope and Content19 years of age. Born in Cardington where her father John Dines resided and belonged by service. About June 1818 she let herself to William Shotter Rickwood of St Paul, Bedford Veterinary Surgeon til Michaelmas 1818. She then returned to her father at Cardington until Michaelmas 1819 when she let herself to Joseph Brown of St Paul, Bedford for a year at the wages of five pounds. She only stayed there untuil June 1820 and received a proportional part of her wages shen she again returned to her father and stayed there until June 1822 when she let herself to Mrs Benson of High Street, St Pauls, Bedford until last Michaelmas. On Wednesday 15 October last she let herself to Joseph Rootham of St Peter, Bedford until Michaelmas following at wages of four pounds ten. She is now with child.
