    She is 27 years of age. Born at Radwell. About three weeks after Michaelmas 1814 she went to live with her Uncle William Brown of St Peter, Bedford, town auctioneer as his servant. She had her board and lodging but no regular wages except the monet Mr Brown occasionally gave her to buy clothes. She did the work of the house as a servant and was considered as such until Michaelmas 1816. About the beginning of August 1817 she let herself to Rev.Dr Hunt at St Peter at the wages of seven guineas per annum subject to dissolution by either party giving to the other one months wages or warning. She went to his service 9 August 1817 and continued until about a week before Michaelmas 1818 and received her full wages. The latter end of August 1820 she went to live with her mother at Felmersham who was married to John Barber of that place labourer, her second husband and at that time very ill. She lived with her mother and nursed her doing the work of the house andmaking lace. The money she received from making lace went towards supplying the house. Her mother died about five weeks last Michaelmas. She continued with her father in law until about 5 weeks ago.
