Deposition of Elizabeth Swale of Eynesbury (Hunts) - James Cope charged with felony

James Cope is her brother and has lodged at her husband's house from about a month after he left Huntingdon Prison. Yesterday morning he went out soon after 6 and returned about 7. He went upstairs to his room then went out again. Later the constable of Eaton came and said he wanted a parcel Cope had left there. She went upstairs and found a jacket in his bag.
