- Scope and ContentAged about 21 years. Born at Kimbolton, County of Huntingdon where her father Robert Bull resided and belonged. Soon after January 1816 she let herself to Mr Islip of Melchbourne Lodge til Michaelmas 1816 at the wages of three pounds. Continued there til Michaelmas 1816 then let herself for a year to Mr Islip for the at three pounds 10 shillings and received the whole of her wages. Has since lived with Mr Bell of Kimbolton for about three quarters of a year then with Mr John Kent of St Paul, Bedford , victualler for 6 months and on 28 may last she let herself to John Attack of St Paul, Bedford millwright for a year for wages of three pounds besides what she could earn at the lace pillow. Still continued to live at John Attacks house her Master being in the Infirmary. Is now with child. Went to Melchbourne but the overseer there told her as she had been away over two years. She would have continued at Melchbourne if the Overseer had permitted her and would have left her Masters service. Her Master is willing she should be removed to Melchbourne and she is willing and desirous of the same.
