About 24 years old. Born in Carlton where his parents belonged. When he was about 18 he came to live with Mr John Nichols of St Paul, Bedford, baker, with whom he lived about a year and a half. He then went to live at Northampton for ten months, then went to live again with John Nicholls as a yearly servant and has lived with him three years and received ten pounds a year. Married yesterday at St Paul, Bedford to Ann Young.
