About 24 years of age. Born at Welwyn in the County of Hertford. At eleven years of age he let himself to Thomas Brand of Pauls Worden, County of Hertford by the year. Continued in his service as an undergroom for near 6 years. The last year he received 6 guineas for the year’s wages. He has received relief from the parish of Pauls Walden very lately. Married at church at St Pauls Walden about four years ago to Eleanor Fone by whom he has two children Margaret aged 3 and an infant son born last Friday.
