i)Archibald Campbell, Archbishop of Canterbury Charles, Bishop Sumner, late Bishop of Winchester Richard Chevenix, Archbishop of Dublin Benjamin Harrison, Archdeacon of Maidstone ii)George Hull Bowers Reverend Henry Addington Frederick Stephen Austin Edward Bury Henry Edwards, St.Albans, Hertfordshire, esquire, and wife Georgina Harriet by conveyance of 30 December 1869 some of property had been sold to Charles Livius Grimshawe for £5000 Henry and Georgina married on 1 March 1871 but no marriage settlement made now in consideration of £7000 i) convey to ii) - Rectory, glebe lands etc. except such parts as have been sold to Grimshawe one equal undivided ½ part to use of George Hull Bowers other moiety (formerly of Clementina Anne Addington) to said George Hull for life and then ½ to Henry Addington, Frederick Stephen Austin and Edward Bury according to trusts specified in settlement of 23 May 1855 and ½ to Georgina Harriet Edwards
