    i) Charles Brunsdon, once of Token House Yard, London, now of Highgate, Middlesex, merchant (trustee of will of Joseph Addington) ii) William Sylvester Addington, Goldington, esquire iii) Peter Addington, Goldington, gentleman by lease and release of 1 and 2 November - Long Holme, Bedford - moiety of Rectory of Goldington were released to use of Joseph Addington by a Bargain and Sale of 16 April 1799 - remaining moiety of Rectory of Goldington was released to use of Joseph Addington by lease and release of 1 and 2 January 1799 - cottage in Goldington, then divided into 2, in occupations of Joseph Weede and Thomas Sheppard - 3 roods adjoining - 1 acre in River Field in occupations of William Banyon, since of Richard Wagstaffe and then of widow Moody released to Joseph Addington by his will of 31 August 1801, Joseph Addington devised his property in trust for children until 21 and then for sale now consideration - £11,546 5s 3d (£9650 for Longholme, £1590 for Newnham etc. and £306 5s 3d for timber) of which £7500 shall remain in hands of ii) by way of a loan upon security of a mortgage for 1000 years i) releases to ii) - Rectory of Goldington, tithes etc. - Longholme (formerly 15 acres now 13 acres 2 roods 22 perches), part of dissolved Monastery of Newnham River Ouse one side Stream other side - 1 rood pasture in Newnham Holme - cottage (as above) - exemption of tithes in respect of Longholme except for 10s to St.John’s Hospital, Bedford, and legal claim (if any) of Duke of Bedford to 3 roods repayment - £7500 interest - £187 10s on 11 July next signed i) and ii) endorsed receipt witnesses Thomas Addington, Bedford Row Henry Wedlake, his clerk
