Memorandum of Agreement:

i) James Bennett, Goldington, carpenter ii) Samuel Reynolds, victualler i) agrees to sell to ii) consideration - £340 - 2 cottages, with blacksmith’s and carpenter’s shop, brewhouse and part of garden to dead hedge now in occupations of i) and ii) and James Dover, blacksmith, in Goldington - common and common of pasture for 2 cows, a breeder and 6 sheep, in Goldington i) will deliver abstract of title to ii) before – next payment to be made before 11 October next party who retains deeds will give covenants for the production of same signature i), mark of ii) receipt of i) for £15 as part of consideration
