may postpone Rent day till mid February would like £100 from Rents to Praeds for Richard Orlebar’s use. (b) from Maria Orlebar to Caroline Orlebar half sorry reference appointment of Alexander – doing well at French and German and if stayed another year would have done credit to himself. Captain Smith was in Artillery and will offer any assistance, knows many of the officers at the Academy. Cuthbert too weak to go to Cambridge yet.
