    i) Richard Kippist, Goldington, cordwainer ii) James Bennett, Goldington, carpenter iii) Robert Sharp of Goldington, farmer (trustee for ii) i) conveys to ii) , consideration - £205 - cottage sometime since divided into 2 etc. - small piece pasture in Goldington formerly in occupation of Edward Millard, and now of Philip Harpur and Samuel Denton W. Goldington Green E. Windmill Field N. Thomas Clayton, now Joseph Barker S. Bedford – Renhold highway - common rights for 2 cows, a breeder and 6 sheep signature i) endorsed receipt witnesses Frederick Jonathan Budd Joshua Goodwin 8 and 9 October 1830 also endorsed with: memorandum that 2 cottages, with blacksmith’s shop, carpenter’s shop, brewhouse etc. lately erected by ii) on site of above 2 cottages and on part of above piece of ground, and also piece ground belonging contained 125 ft from E. to W. and 54 ft from N. to S.(also part of above mentioned premises) have been conveyed by i) to Samuel Reynolds of Goldington, victualler. Above deed delivered to him and he has covenanted for the production of them to i) to support his title to remainder of premises Mark of Samuel Reynolds witness Alexander Sharman 24 October 1833
