William Joseph Nash (as in plan in margin of deed) terms - 99 years from 24 June 1869 - yearly rent £4 payable half yearly iii) will pay all taxes etc. iii) will erect a house of not less value than £120, to satisfy surveyors of ii) and keep them in good repair building not to be used as inn or tavern signatures i) on behalf of ii) endorsed witness William Smail, Bedford 12 May 1869 declaration that it is “parchment marked F referred to in affidavit of William Smail sworn before me this 15 day May 1869 Andrew Storey”
