    Release (i) William Lightboun of Twickenham [Middlesex], gentleman; (ii) Edward Woodcock the elder of Lincolns Inn [Middlesex], gentleman Reciting: - R6/5/4/36; - (ii) had continued to pay the annuity to (i); - (ii) wished to free the Saint Leonard’s Estate, Bedford from the charge of the annuity of £70 to (i) and £12 to Hannah Davis; - release of 16 February 1757 (1) John Wainwright of the Six Clerks Office, London, gentleman; (2) Edward Woodcock the younger of Lincolns Inn, gentleman; (3) Edward Woodcock the elder; (4) William Lightboun and Hannah Davis; (5) John Fridenberg of Ironmonger Lane, London, merchant as trustee for William Lightboun and Hannah Davis in which (3) granted an annuity of £70 to William Lightboun and an annuity to Hannah Davis of £12 charged on (a) Yedding Farm and lands comprising 180 acres in Heese alias Hays [Middlesex] in occupation of [blank] Knight; (b) rooms, chambers or apartments in the New Square of buildings of Serles Court, Lincolns Inn in the second staircase No. 2 on the E side of square being two storeys high from the foundations on the S side of the staircase with a vault or cellar and privileges and appurtenances belonging. Operative Part: - (i), in consideration of his continued annuity and 5/- paid by (ii) released the Saint Leonard’s Farm Estate, Bedford to (ii) and John, Duke of Bedford Witnesses: - Isaac Fer-Nunes of Twickenham; - Mathew Skinner of Lincolns Inn, barrister.
