    Transcript of a letter from Joseph Harrison to James Lightboun Thomas Stratton communicated the discourse to his Master that past between us as also to the Gents that we proposed for security for the rent Mrs Stratton is writing to accept of the condisions you proposed but insists that the House be made tenantable which I think is but reasonable in all respects as also the barnes etc. Our proposicons are Imprimis That all the Straw growing upon the premisses be spent upon the premises That the rent be paid half yearely as usually tenants do in the County of Bedford & that you are wellsatisfyed it will be so paid to your own content If you please to draw a draft of a Lease & a Lease or [blank] for the Terme for you to consider of T enter upon the fallow at Lady day next & meadow& to have the use of the barns & yards to In & thrash out all next yeares Cropp Mrs Stratton as to bring N: Mr Gurry talks of his having two barnes q. for if Mr Gurry has two barnes where might Mrs Stratton Lay her Cropp which will be a very great disadvantage to the farme as well as to her. Be pleased whatever occurs to you relating to the affair above to Lett Mrs Stratton have a Line of your thoughts all the family present their hle Service to you .
