Transcription: Particulars of my wives Jointure in Bedford (annotations on the original in square brackets) Rents per annum Sheppard - £80 Wiltshire - £84 Payable quarterly - £164 Sheppards lease about 6 years to come & Wiltshires about 15 years to come A particular of lands to be sold in the Coun [lacuna] of Bedford lyinge with a mile of Bedford & in the parish of Bedford Streats farme lyinge in harrowden within a mile of Bedford A farme house with farme barnes a stable home yards an orchard & sixteene acres & halfe of pasture [Closes in Fenlake & Harrowden] Foureteene acres & an halfe of meadow [12 acres in Fenlake meadow & 2 acres in Elstow meadow in Cardington and Elstow] One hundred & sixty acres of lands Twenty acres of pasture called Bonyons well wooded [This is in closes] Three cottages [Land 160 acres inclosed pasture 36 acres ½ Meadow in Cmon 14 acres 1/2 ] This farme is now lett at £84 per Ann but was formerly lett at £95 per Ann St Leonards farme lyinge within Bedford A messuage barnes stables cowhouse & other necessary outhouses & 10 acres of pasture & inclosed ground about it [lying in 3 closes - £10-6-8] One hundred & forty acres of land & ley ground [in the feildes of Bedford Elstow Cardington & Kemson - £46-13-4] Seaven acres of every years lands [called Pilcroft - £3-10-0] Tenn acres of meadow in Fenlake meadow [£5-0-0] Six acres of meadow in Kempston meadow [£3-0-0] Three roods of meadow in Longholme [£0-10-0] [Land 140 acres Every years land 7 acres Inclosed pasture 10 acres Meadow in Cmon 16 acres & 3 roods] A faire kept every yeare on the sixt of November [£8-0-0] A close called Jewells lett at £3 per an [£3-0-0] [£80-0-0] this farme was never lett at Park rent but was always in an old tennts hands & whoe was formerly owner of it but it is now lett at £60 per An 7 a fine of £160 payd this tyme xx yeares for ye lease ye lease is out at Michas next This farme lett at £80 per An
