    i) Benjamin Jefferies ( only surviving trustee of will of George Palmer, deceased) ii)John Palmer, late of Goldington, now of Bedford, gentleman William Higgins, Northampton, corn dealer, and wife Lucy (formerly Lucy Palmer, spinster) Charles Porter, Saffron Walden, Essex, maltster, and wife Sophia (formerly Sophia Palmer, spinster) Robert Sharp, Lichfield, Staffordshire, inn keeper, and wife Caroline (formerly Caroline Palmer, spinster) Thomas Oliver Beal, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, gentleman, and wife Georgiana (formerly Georgiana Palmer, spinster) iii) Robert Faulconer, late of Goldington, now of Albert Street, Victoria Square, Pimlico, Middlesex, esquire Recites: Death of Charles Short on 11 May 1844 : Death of Eliza Palmer on 17 June 1846 without having been married and all arrears of her annuity having paid to her death : death of Dorothy Palmer in lifetime of said Eliza Plamer : legacy of £2700 has now become payable among John Palmer, Lucy, Sophia, Caroline and Georgiana in equal parts iii) has agreed to divide said legacy accordingly upon having a release made to him now ii) exonerate and discharge iii) and the said premises from the said legacy consideration - £540 to each of ii) signatures i) and ii) endorsed receipts witnesses R.S.Shingood, attorney, Saffron Walden William H.E.Heape, clerk, to Mr. Jonathan Birch, solicitor, Lichfield H.Flesher, solicitor, Northampton William Murphy, solicitor, Wellingborough George Day, solicitor, St.Neots
