- Scope and Contenti) Elisha Biscoe, Inner Temple, London, esquire ii) Frances Western, King’s Road, St.Andrew’s, Holborn, Middlesex, spinster iii) William Greaves Beaupre Bell, Fulborne, Cambridgeshire, esquire Thomas Western, Great Abington, Cambridgeshire, esquire iv) Vincent John Biscoe, London, esquire Maximilian Western, Cookethorpe, Oxfordshire, esquire marriage is shortly to take place between i) and ii) ii) is entitled to £2500 capital Bank of England stock and to a messuage in King’s Road, now occupied by Catherine Western, her mother (together valued at £5000) now i) releases to iii) in trust - ground rents from property in Biscoes Buildings on N. of road from Knightsbridge to Brompton, amounting yearly to £203 4s - capital messuage at Goldington, in tenure of John Davis, with barns, dovehouses etc. -croft or adjoining backside (2 acres) - 4 acres pasture - Crickets Close, Barns Close, The Moats Close, Coleman’s Close, the Homer Close, Ley Close and the Chise (20 acres) - cottages with gardens etc. late in occupations of John Ferris, Thomas Moakes, Abraham Tansley, Thomas Peppercorne, William Taylor, John Chambers, William Goodrey, William Perley, Richard Loorne, Edward Millard, widow Goodman, Benjamin Goodman, Walter Storer and --– Ashley, as were not sold by John Davis, esquire, in his lifetime - farmhouse in E.side of Goldington Green, late in tenure of Richard Lyon and all lands late in tenure of John Davis in the parish fields (312 acres) formerly in tenure of Sir Thomas Allen or Nicholas Luke, and afterwards of John Davis - 2 messuages etc. (3 roods) and parcel of meadow ground (1½ roods) formerly in tenure of Nicholas Luke all in Goldington - several closes called Arrowleys in Ravensden (35 acres) formerly in tenure of William Musgrave and afterwards of Randolph Taylor - cottage etc. in Goldington, late in tenure of Lawrence Desbrow and 3 acres arable and 2 roods meadow in Goldington, late in occupation of Lawrence Desbrow, 1 acre in Newnham Field 1 acre in Windmill Field 1 acre in Church Field 1 rood in Newnham Meadow 1 rood between meadow of Richard Watford and other glebe meadow - cottage etc. now or late in occupation of William Wiggans all in Goldington, now let to and in occupation of George Palmer and Bartholomew Best at yearly rent of £183 10s and now in occupation of iii) by virtue of a lease for a year etc. [not here], in trust etc. [see deeds for details} declaration that rents on Middlesex premise amount to £203 4s, and yearly value of capital messuage in Bedfordshire is £150 which will be paid to ii) during her lifetime With schedule of deeds relating to houses in Biscoe’s Buildings on E. and W.sides of new intended street called Rawstone Street 5 February – 24 December 1766 26 November 1767 Memorial registered 7 December 1768 Copy made 19 September 1803
