    Florence Anna Maria Elliott, spinster, an infant under 21, by Henry Williams Beauford, her next friend, plaintiff Elizabeth Browne, widow James Herne Wade defendants Reverend William Monkhouse, clerk recites : Will of Robert Elliott, grandfather of the plaintiff, dated 6 March 1841 : Settlement of 7 May 1842 (see SL1/253) : Marriage settlement of 17 June 1844 between Robert Elliott, junior, and Ann Lucinda Wade Wade : Will of Mary Elliott, mother of Robert Elliott, junior (proved – PCC – on 15 December 1848) Recites: Deed poll of 3 November 1853 : Will of Robert Elliott, younger, dated 20 November 1844 (prove - -PCC – on 28 December 1853) : Administration of estate of Ann Lucinda Elliott (who died 15 February 1854) granted by PCC to William Kenworthy Browne (since deceased) and wife Elizabeth, and to James Herne Wade, and to Joseph Harper, since deceased issue of the marriage of Robert Elliott and Ann Lucinda Elliott – Harriett Mary Lucinda Elliott, and plaintiff Harriett died on 1 May 1858. Administration of her estate granted by Court of Probate on 20 February 1860 to defendants during minority of plaintiff defendants (who are guardians of plaintiff, also) have expended considerable sums in the repair of the mansions, and in other payments no proper allowance has been made for maintenance of plaintiff during her minority Prayer 1) appointment of defendants as guardians of the person and estate of the plaintiff, be continued. Proper allowance to be made for her, and for her sister, while she was living 2) Her real estate to be managed under direction of Court of Chancery 3) Accounts to be made of money received and expended by the guardians and all monies properly expended may be paid and allowed out of estate 4) Usual accounts of personal estate of Mary Elliott and Robert Elliott, junior, not specifically bequeathed, and of Ann Lucinda Elliott and of Harriett Mary Lucinda Elliott, may be taken and such estate may be applied under the direction of Chancery Court in a due course of administration 5) Proper person may be appointed to receive rents and profits of real estate of plaintiff and outstanding personal estate of Mary Elliott, Robert Elliott, junior, Ann Lucinda Elliott and Harriett Mary Lucinda Elliott 6) Plaintiff may have such further or other relief as the nature of the case may require Filed (1860 E no.23) Note: for some of the deeds etc. mentioned see ST 808, 817-820, 828, 829
