Release of property from payment of annuities:

i) Richard Kefford, Wyboston, farmer and wife Hannah ii) Elizabeth Addington, Bedford, spinster iii) William Silvester Addington recites : SL1/191 (will of Silvester Addington) whereas iii) having put up to auction the property as in schedule, is desirous of having same exonerated from payment of annuities in will, and i) and ii) being satisfied that residue of hereditaments made liable to the annuities under the will are amply sufficient to secure payment of them, have agreed to exonerate said property from payment of the annuities so i) and ii)discharge iii) and anyone who may become owners of the property, from the annuities covenant to levy fine schedule refers to Bury House and over 300 acres land signatures all endorsed witnesses Robert Wootton Ann Addington John Thomas Dawser W.Leech E.A.Addington Elizabeth Addington
