    i) William Robert Quill Thomas Barton Matthews both of the Inner Temple, London, gentlemen ii) Anthony Jenkins, Sison Grove, St.Marylebone, Middlesex, esquire, and wife Elizabeth iii) Silvester Addington recites: marriage settlement of ii), Elizabeth being Elizabeth Southouse, widow of Edward Southouse, deceased (formerly Elizabeth Geeaves), of 25 September 1799, in which property was conveyed to i) as trustees, for sale. Property being 2/8th part of estate of Thomas Christie. Remaining ? with Sir Henry Nelthorpe as trustee, and ? with heirs of James Bull - 7½ acres in Goldington meadow, previously occupied by Thomas Housman, now Joseph Barnard - 2 acres in Goldington meadow, in occupations as above which were both part of hereditaments conveyed to i) by lease and release of 23 and 24 January 1800 consideration £394 with schedule reciting previous deeds indenture of 12 October 1714 lease and release of 17 and 18 January 1725 indenture of 30 April 1735 lease and release of 1 and 2 August 1740 lease and release of 9 and 10 June 1752 lease and release of 11 and 12 September 1789 indenture of 14 August 1795 signatures i), ii) endorsed receipt witnesses Michael Hodgson S.Scarbrow
