Conveyance i) Reverend Francis Bourdillon, Old Warden Vicarage, clerk ii) The Ecclesiastical Commissioners for England iii) Samuel Whitbread, Southill Park, esquire iv) Joseph Shuttleworth, Old Warden Park, esquire Whereas: i) is vicar of vicarage and parish church of Old Warden and iii) is patron : i) as vicar is seized (inter alia) of lands etc. hereinafter described and it has been made to appear to ii) that said land may to permanent advantage of the estate or endowments belonging to said vicarage be sold i) under powers given in Ecclesiastical Leasing Acts, with the approval of ii) and consent of iii) sells to iv) for £14,466 13s 4d new 3% annuities transferred by iv) into name of ii) - Vicarage Farm in Old Warden (117 acres 1 rood 11 perches) – as shown on plan - Oak Farm in Old Warden (107 acres 1 rood 9 perches) as in plan With schedule giving field names etc. With plan signatures i), iii) and seal of ii) endorsed receipt of ii) witnesses Arthur J.Hills Thomas G.Groves Charles Joseph Ellis
