    i) John Harvey, Ickwell Bury, esquire ii) Reverend Edmund Gray, Kirby-Moor-Side, Yorkshire, clerk and wife Elizabeth Alicia Harvey, York, spinster Edmund George Harvey, York, esquire Sarah Harvey, York, spinster Maria Harvey, York, spinster (which said Elizabeth Gray, Alicia, Edmund George, Sarah and Maria Harvey are the only 5 children of the Reverend Edmund Harvey, late of Stapleford, Hertfordshire, deceased) iii) John Lindsell, St.Peter’s College, Cambridge, esquire whereas: i) is entitled to 2 1/3 parts of property hereinafter described : Reverend Edmund Harvey, late of Finningley, Nottinghamshire, clerk, deceased, was entitled to other 1/3 part for a life estate. By will of 21 July he gave all his lands etc. at Broom bequeathed to him by his late aunt Ongley to his son (Edmund Harvey, late of Stapleford aforesaid) and his son’s children in trust. To be tenants in common at 21 : Edmund Harvey, son of testator, died in 1810, leaving ii) as his heirs, all 21 now i) releases to ii) for £567 12s being £378 8s to i) and £189 4s to ii) - cottage etc. in Broom, Southill, heretofore in occupation of John Hall, now widow Hall - cottage adjoining with barn, outbuildings etc. - enclosed freehold garden adjoining last mentioned cottage (2 acres 1 rood 36 perches) formerly in occupation of George Croot and now of Messrs William and John Chambers signatures i) and ii) endorsed receipts witnesses E.B.Beaumont Matthew Thompson Robert Petch H.N.Champneys With declaration of Elizabeth Gray
