- Scope and ContentIsaac Hindley, Baldock, Hertfordshire, gentleman. He has known the family of John Harvey, late of Ickwell Bury, esquire, who died in 1793 for 40 years and has always understood and believed that said John, Samuel Harvey, James Harvey and Elizabeth Harvey, the devisees named in the will of Anne Ongley, late of St.Andrew, Holborn, Middlesex, were brothers and sister and nephews and niece of said Anne. That said Samuel died in lifetime of Anne, a bachelor, that said James also died a bachelor in lifetime of father. Elizabeth died in 1807 never having been married and (he apprends) she came into possession of rents and profits of certain houses in Newgate Street, London, devised by will of said Anne, upon death of Anne, and that she held them until her death.
