Lot 1 was bought by J.G.Lennox for £285 4. On 18 April 1860 the property was assigned to J.G.Lennox by deed 5. Mr.John Thomas Treherne, solicitor for J.G.Lennox having delivered to our solicitor Mr.George Austin certain requisitions of title to Lot 1 and among other things required the identity of the property 6. Property described in said conveyance (marked “B”) and also set forth in a certain abstract of title marked “C” are precisely the same as Lot 1 on printed bill (Marked “A”) signatures both Declared at the Swan Inn, Biggleswade, before George Austin, Commissioner for Oaths, Shefford
