    Edmund Reeves, Lyons Inn, Middlesex, gentleman that his father, late, Mr. William Reeves, had for 40 years past received on behalf of a) Richard, Viscount Fitzwilliam (who died 1816), and after his decease for b) George Augustus, Earl of Pembroke and Montgomery (who died 1827) and after his decease to the present time on behalf of his son c) Honourable Sidney Herbert - several fee farm rents mentioned in schedule during which time the same rents were regularly paid as they became due and same rents are now paid and received from the persons mentioned in the same schedule except those marked “A” which have been sold to persons in same schedule and those marked “B” which are now in arrears for the number of years mentioned in the schedule “Declared at the Public Office, Southampton Buildings, Middlesex” “Before me H.
