    i) Richard Charles Francis, Earl of Clanwilliam in the peerage of Ireland George William Frederick, Baron Bruce, commonly called Earl Bruce (Trustees of the will of Richard, late Viscount Fitzwilliam, deceased, and as such by Act of Parliament passed in 6th year of Queen Victoria entitled “An Act for granting further power to lease part of Estates devised by the will of Richard, late Viscount Fitzwilliam, deceased, situated in the city of Dublin and neighbourhood therof and for authorizing the sale of certain fee farm and other rents also devised by that Will” were empowered to sell and convey the several rents and hereditaments hereinafter described) ii) Honourable Sidney Herbert, Admiralty, Whitehall, Middlesex, tenant for life beneficially entitled in possession under said will to receipt of same rents and whose consent in writing is required by said Act iii) Reverend Edward Lindsell and wife Elizabeth iv) John Lindsell i) directs and appoints in consideration of £80 paid by iv) on 5 June 1845 into the Bank of England, in the name of the Accountant General, with the receipt of the cashier of the Bank of England filed in the office of the Court of Chancery and which sum has been paid in full for the absolute purchase of the rents and hereditaments afterwards described as i) and ii) acknowledge - yearly fee farm rents of £2.0s 6d and £1.1s 2d payable to ii) out of certain lands specified in SL 1/110 to use of iii) for life with remainder to iv) they are to remain (discharged from the provisoes of the Will which i) makes void) to the uses and for trusts etc. in SL1/110 to the intent that said several rents may become merged in the freehold and inheritance of said lands charged with payment thereof Schedule Rents: £2. 0. 6 Part of Southill Rectory £1. 1. 2 Part of Broom and Southill tithes signatures i) ii) endorsed witnesses R.N.Lumley WilliamWeight Leigh Smith
