i) Henry Henshaw ii) Charles Dalton Whereas: i) is entitled to receive from funds of 3rd East Bedfordshire Building Society £69 in respect of his additional share therein on giving security for the same and he has agreed to do so by means of further charge on the property as in SL1/92 now for consideration of £6 i) covenants to pay all subscriptions in respect of his share and to abide by the rules of the society premises shall remain a security for and be charges with the payment to the trustees of share now advanced and shares secured by said annexed indenture. Property shall not be redeemable except upon payment of all monies which may be due signature i) receipt witness A.J.Wade Gery 12 August 1874 endorsed with note that money has been paid off, 4 July 1877
