    i) Henry Henshaw ii) Charles Dalton, Biggleswade, gentleman, surviving trustee of 3rd East Bedfordshire Benefit Building Society established under the Benefit Building Act of 6 and 7 William cap.32 whereas: i) as member of said Society may by rules become entitled to receive from the funs thereof an advance in respect of his shares upon giving security and has agreed to give undermentioned premises as security now i) conveys to ii) for consideration of £643 15s - property etc. as before If i) pays all subscriptions and keeps rules of the society. In default to ii) in trust and trustees are empowered to let premises and to receive rents etc. If not sufficient to satisfy said subscriptions, fines and Payments or should trustees not think fit to realise same, then said trustees are authorised and empowered (without the concurrence of i) to sell the premises to pay off such subscriptions etc., rendering surplus to i) i) agrees to pay all sums etc. and to keep rules. Also trustees may insure premises and charge to i) signature i) endorsed receipt witness Arthur Wade Gery certificate of ii) that all money has been paid off, July 1877 receipt for further advance for £198
