i) Joseph Shuttleworth, Hartsholme Hall, Lincolnshire, esquire ii) Josiah King - property as in SL 1/80 - cottage in Broom etc., Southill (1acre 1 rood 35 perches) whereas: deeds in schedule hereunder relate not only to premises mentioned above but also to title of certain other hereditaments of greater value which have been sold by Lord Ongley to i) : in pursuance of conditions of sale the deeds have been delivered to i) as largest purchaser of value on his agreeing to enter into covenants in respect thereof now i) covenants with ii) to produce deeds if necessary Schedule SL 1/32, 33 SL 1/34 SL 1/46 and 47 SL 1/61 SL 1/67 signature i) endorsed witness Thomas.J.Hooper
