i) Joseph Shuttleworth, Hartsholme, Lincolnshire, esquire ii) John Lindsell, Hastings, Sussex, esquire recites SL 1/77 whereas: deeds relate not only to property in above recited indenture but also to title to certain other hereditaments of greater value which have been sold by i) to ii). Deeds have been delivered to ii) as largest purchaser in value now i) covenants to produce deeds if necessary etc. – as below Schedule SL 1/32 and 33 SL 1/34 SL 1/46 and 47 SL 1/61 SL 1/65 to 67 signature i) endorsed witness T.J.Hooper For sale of the above to Shuttleworth see SL1/148
