    i) Thomas Addington, Wyboston, Eaton Socon, farmer ii) John Taylor, Purwell, Hertfordshire, farmer, and wife Florence Elizabeth formerly Florence Bodger Richard Bodger Matilda Bodger Samuel Addington Bodger Emily Bodger all of 21, High Street, Wisbeach (Wisbech), Cambridgeshire iii) John Lindsell, Hastings, Sussex, esquire Whereas: John Bodger late of Gosmore, Ipolletts, Hertfordshire, being entitled to estate of inheritance in fee simple in land hereinafter firstly described, and also to an equal moiety of lands secondly hereinafter described, made will on 13 Feb 1855 and after appointing wife Mary Ann Bodger, brother Emery Bodger and brother in law Thomas Addington executors gave all his property in trust for wife during her widowhood at discretion of trustees and that she might have full and free control and enjoyment of clear annual income and subject to foregoing provisions he directed that said trust etc. should go in favour of children who should attain 21 or children of them who die under 21 : said John Bodger died 15 Sep 1876 and will proved on 25 October 1876 (P.C.C) by Mary Ann Bodger (administration granted during her widowhood only) Power being reserved to make like grant to i) : M.A.Bodger was not married a second time and died on 19 Feb 1877, administration granted to i) on 10 Apr 1877 : said Emery Bodger died on 4 Dec 1868 : i) at request of ii) agreed with iii) for sale to him of premises for £230 : Florence Elizabeth Taylor and Matilda, Richard Samuel and Emily Bodger are only children of said John Bodger who attained 21 and none died under 21 leaving issue and they have agreed to join in and execute these present and to confirm the grant now i) grants and ii) confirms to iii) - ground (1 acre 1 rood 20 perches) formerly part of field containing 7 acres 2 roods 9 perches in Broom S. John Lindsell W. Poor’s allotment N. another part of said field – premise secondly described E. village street with frontage of 85 feet as same is in occupation of Frederick Woodward - equal moiety late of John Bodger in arable in Broom (1 acre 1 rood 20 perches) formerly part of said field to northside and adjoining piece of land firstly described W. Poor’s allotment N. Chesham E. village street of Broom with frontage of 85 feet also in occupation of said Frederick Woodward to hold to iii) to use of iii) for ever signatures i) and ii) 15 Dec 1877 endorsed: receipt witnesses: Samuel Day Charles Garaway F.C.Pearce Certificate attached to effect that Florence Elizabeth Taylor consented to said deed. 17 Dec 1877
