    Statutory declaration of Levi Giles of Aspley Heath, labourer, that: - he was 79 years old and had been in uninterrupted possession of twenty poles on Aspley Heath, bounded N and W by property of the Duke of Bedford, and S and E by roadways for upwards of fifty five years; - the land originally formed part of the waste of Aspley Heath until he took possession and that he had cultivated it in his possession except for the years 1861 to 1863 when he let it to Thomas Sinfield who paid him rent; - that he had never had any title deeds to the land and had never incumbered it.
